It’s been an exciting year for t-shirts, both here at SanMar and out in the world. As we wrap up the year and look forward to the promises of 2020, we wanted to look back at a few highlights from the past twelve months.

The sun came out and so did our new Posi-UV Pro tees. Nostalgia is Now
It seems everywhere you look, what is old is new again. Whether it’s the comfort a bygone era may bring, or the fun fresh takes on old classics, nostalgia-inspired style seems to be here to stay (such as the New Era^® Track Jacket). This is particularly prevalent when looking at pop culture. For example, one of the most-anticipated shows of the summer was Stranger Things season 3. Set in the 1980s, the funky and colorful trends can be seen everywhere you look in today’s styles. And Brad Pitt made a classic, old t-shirt suddenly feel new (and popular) again after he wore it in the film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

Tri-Blend Expansion
Tri-blend fabric is a crowd-favorite for a reason: it is incredibly comfortable and has a distinctly soft and textured look that captures the eye. Luckily, there are more styles than ever to choose from when deciding which tri-blend look is right for you and your customers. And this year, District^® Perfect Tri^® family added even more new styles to their tee collection, like the Women’s Perfect Tri^® Sleeveless Hoodie, the Youth Perfect Tri^® Long Sleeve Hoodie and the Girls Perfect Tri^® Tee so everyone can find the perfect tri-blend tee for them.

Nike Tees at SanMar
We’ve loved seeing the popularity of Nike polos over the years and finally introduced Nike tees at SanMar as well! With an eye on performance, these Nike Tees are made with exceptionally soft and durable fabrics that can keep up with any workout. The Nike Core Cotton Tees are made of pure cotton for all-day comfort while the Nike Dri-FIT Cotton/Poly Tees are made with sweat-wicking fabric to keep you dry.
