iSpy SanMar 2021

November 24, 2021

Don’t you just love to see the things you work on take on a life of their own?

Here at SanMar, we keep our eyes open when we’re out in the world to see who’s wearing our apparel and why. It’s a little game we like to call I-Spy SanMar.

While it’s always a blast to find our t-shirts worn in movies or on TV, I personally love seeing how everyday teams and organizations bring our clothes to life in work and play across the country. Here are just a few examples we’ve noticed this year.

SunPowerStaying Warm in January
SunPower in San Jose installs solar solutions for alternative power, and in January their staff posed for a picture in their New Era Sideline Beanies. They’re prepared to work in the cold so their customers don’t have to.

Groundhog DayNevada Senior Medicare PatrolPerseverance and Caring in February
Arc-Ray Design put together a Groundhog Day collection for the “Perseverance 2021” Run. For their shirts, they selected multiple District Perfect Tri styles.

Also in February, the US Department of Health sent the Nevada Senior Medicare Patrol Program 3,000 Port Authority Cotton Knit Face Masks. These masks were then provided to Veterans in care facilities.

CotopaxiThe Bright Colors of May
When the Snell & Wilmer law firm in Phoenix decided to send all their employees a random gift just for the fun of it, they went full color. The Cotopaxi Luzon Backpack is the perfect colorful encouragement to go do something fun outside of work!

PGAA Major Win in June
Fans cheered as Phil Mickelson sealed his place in history, winning his sixth major at the PGA Championship in South Carolina. As he was escorted through the crowd, course security stood out in their bright gold and white Side Blocked Micropique Sport-Wick Polo.

Marching Band CrewMarching With the Band in October
Strike up the band! The Byron Nelson High School Band pit crew was sporting the Sport-Tek PosiCharge Competitor Cotton Touch Tees when the band claimed a first-place finish for the first time in school history.

On the field or in the corner coffee shop. Making a statement in the office or setting out for the middle of nowhere. The best part about a game of I-Spy SanMar is that it never takes long to find some new ideas out in the wild!
