SanMar Tips: Where’s Your SanMar Box?

One of the wonders of the modern age is that pretty much anything is trackable.

The days of wondering where a delivery is are long gone. Today, on your way home from work, you can easily find out that the new book you wanted is waiting in your mailbox and DoorDash is just down the street from your house with your food. Better hurry home!

Dinner’s important, but it’s even more critical to be able to run your business effectively. This is why we want you to have the tools to get the information you need when you need it, including finding out where that all-important box of SanMar product is on its journey to you.

One way to accomplish this might already be in your email inbox. If you received a shipping confirmation email from SanMar, then the tracking number of each box we sent is in that email.

If you didn’t receive that email (or you can’t find it – it happens to me too!), we’ve still got you covered. Start by logging in at

Finding Your Order

Once you’re logged in, click on My SanMar at the top of the page. This is like your own personal little e-commerce site. Click on Order History to find a searchable list of every order you’ve ever made at SanMar.

It’s great if you have the invoice number of the order you’re looking for, but it’s not required. You can find any order by searching for:

  • A date range
  • Invoice number
  • PO number
  • Tracking number
  • Style number of any products on the order

Once you’ve found the correct order, click the Order Details button on that row. It’s the little arrow pointing up and to the right.

Tracking Your Order

Now you see the details of the specific order you want to track down, including all the products you ordered and where they shipped from. Look to the right side of the page under the blue “Shipped Items” bar to find the tracking number. If there were multiple boxes, you may have to look for more than one.

If the order was shipped via UPS, the tracking number is clickable and will take you directly to the specific tracking feature for your package on the UPS website.

If it was shipped through a different service, you can still copy that tracking number and paste it into the carrier’s website to get the current status of your package. Here are a few of the common shipping services to get you started:

And there you have it – up-to-date tracking on all your SanMar shipments that you can use any time of the day or night. Just in time for dinner too. Now comes the hard part…waiting for that box to arrive!
